What should I wear for my first class?
Comfortable workout clothes and a water bottle are all you need. We provide you with everything else.
Do I need to be fit to start training in martial arts?
No, you don’t need to be fit to start training in martial arts. Our classes are designed for all fitness levels, and our coaches will help you progress as quickly as possible - no matter the starting point. Training will naturally improve your fitness as you learn techniques and build strength.
Do I need prior experience to join?
No! We welcome all levels - beginners and competing fighters. We will help you progress as quickly as possible, no matter where you start.
What ages are the youth classes for?
We have youth classes for children ages 6-9, ages 6-14 and ages 10+. Our timetable has more information on our classes.
What if I don’t have enough time?
Our class timings are very flexible, rarely any of our students struggle to make time for their classes. Have a look at our full timetable to see which session works best for you.
Is the free session actually completely free?
Yes, your first session is completely free with no obligation to join afterwards.
