About Me

My name is Aaron McDonnell, I have been helping people in Manchester with their personal fitness journey for the last decade. I have trained with hundreds of happy customers, helping them reach their goals and improve their life in many ways.

Whether your goal is to increase your strength and fitness, lose weight or boost your self confidence while learning to defend yourself, I am sure we have the right programme for you. The first step is always the hardest, but I am 100 % confident that once you start your journey you won’t look back. 

 

MMA is my passion, however I am an avid kick boxer, boxer, and Brazilian jiu jitsu enthusiast. I enjoy passing on my learnings to new and experienced students who have a passion for contact sports or who just want to increase their personal fitness and self defence techniques.


During my time as an MMA fighter I also spent some time as an amateur boxer fighting at the highest level and being part of a professional boxing crew, this has helped me develop a solid understanding of how important regular training, proper nutrition and being in the right mindset is for competition and life in general. 

I am still training daily, sharing the mat with some of the highest level fighters from organisations such as the UFC, Bellator and Cagewarriors. Being surrounded by these people on a daily basis ensures I maintain my own skills to the highest level and continue to improve not only as a fighter but as a coach too. My aim is teach and deliver sessions that would be beneficial for beginners right up to the elite level athlete. 

 

I offer programmes in MMA, boxing, kickboxing, brazilian jiu jitsu, strength and conditioning and weight loss. All of these programmes come with full support and 24 hour contact with myself. 

With the right programme for you I can help you achieve your goals and work with you on a long term basis to help transform your life. 

Experienced with beginners right up to advanced level students, I can judge the level that you are at quickly and adapt and tailor you're training as needed.
